Morgan Petersen
In January of 2024, at 19 years old, I took the leap and bought a coffee truck, diving headfirst into the world of entrepreneurship. Alongside running my business, I’m currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, combining my passion for creativity with my dream of building something special. My goal is to make my coffee truck a place where people can escape, enjoy high-quality coffee, and always experience a friendly, positive atmosphere. I’m driven to grow my business into a community spot that not only serves great drinks but also fosters connections and memorable moments. Ultimately, I want to show people that no matter your age, you can accomplish your dreams if you put in the work and follow your passion. And I hope you will join me on my journey!

Donnie Petersen
Donnie Petersen brings over 25 years of leadership development experience to our coffee business, combining his passion for people with a deep commitment to excellence. As the founder of Colere, Donnie has coached corporate teams, mentored Chick-fil-A leaders, and guided nonprofits through culture-shaping leadership transformations. He also serves as a pastor at Christ the King Baptist Church where he continues to lead by example. At the heart of his work is a powerful mission: "Influencing the passionate pursuit of an excellent life for the glory of God."
With expertise in executive coaching, team development, and culture-building, Donnie helps shape not just great coffee experiences—but a business rooted in purpose, integrity, and connection.
